| Born and raised in Framingham, Massachusetts, Jack headed to Charleston, South Carolina for four very formative years at The Citadel. "Duty, Honor, Country." "Remember Now Thy Creator in the Days of Thy Youth" and "A Cadet does not lie, cheat, or steal, nor tolerate those who do." became lessons for Jack's life, not just great quotes. Following two tours in Vietnam, first as an Artillery officer and later a helicopter pilot, Jack turned his career toward information technology. Jack completed his Army career with assignments on a Presidential Committee and on the staff of the Secretary of Defense. As a private entrepreneur and business executive, Jack ran several businesses in the financial sector and in technology consulting. In addition, Jack holds an earned doctorate and has taught graduate level courses for many years. Jack and his wife, Judy raised four children, all Gold Award/Eagle Scouts, scholarship winners, and (soon) college graduates. Jack and Judy now reside in Florida where they are active in church volunteer work and look after Judy's parents who live nearby. |
